If you want to install and use the Wells Fargo Mobile app on your PC or Mac, you will need to download and install a Desktop App emulator for your computer. We have worked diligently to help you understand how to use Wells Fargo Mobile for your computer in 4 simple steps below:

Step 1: Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac

Ok. First things first. If you want to use the application on your computer, first visit the Mac store or Windows AppStore and search for either the Bluestacks app or the Nox App . Most of the tutorials on the web recommends the Bluestacks app and I might be tempted to recommend it too, because you are more likely to easily find solutions online if you have trouble using the Bluestacks application on your computer. You can download the Bluestacks Pc or Mac software here

Step 2: Install the emulator on your PC or Mac

Now that you have downloaded the emulator of your choice, go to the Downloads folder on your computer to locate the emulator or Bluestacks application.
Once you have found it, click it to install the application or exe on your PC or Mac computer.
Now click Next to accept the license agreement.
Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application properly.
If you do the above correctly, the Emulator app will be successfully installed.

Step 3: Wells Fargo Mobile for PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and look for its search bar. Once you found it, type Wells Fargo Mobile in the search bar and press Search. Click on Wells Fargo Mobile application icon. A window of Wells Fargo Mobile on the Play Store or the app store will open and it will display the Store in your emulator application. Now, press the Install button and like on an iPhone or Android device, your application will start downloading. Now we are all done.
You will see an icon called "All Apps".
Click on it and it will take you to a page containing all your installed applications.
You should see the Wells Fargo Mobile icon. Click on it and start using the application.

Step 4: Wells Fargo Mobile for Mac OS

The steps to use Wells Fargo Mobile for Mac are exactly like the ones for Windows OS above. All you need to do is install the Nox Application Emulator or Bluestack on your Macintosh. The links are provided in step one

    This is app is not honest! I always pay my bills in full every month and this is the first time I let there be a minimum balance to flow through the next billing cycle. I just got off the phone with a Wells Fargo Banker and she agreed that this is not right. She told me to be aware because you would have to shuffle through to find out yourself if there is a previous balance that can’t be paid in full until two billing cycles when it shows on the statement. WELLS FARGO NEEDS TO INCLUDE A CONSTANT RUNNING BALANCE THAT SHOWS THE COMPLETE TOTAL OF EVER CENT. They confuse you by putting “out standing balance” making you think that it shows everything that is owed. Don’t be fooled, there is an “running balance” (I know I’m not teaching anything new, but In only regards to this app) that is hidden that if not paid get charged interest!!!!! Anything to make a penny. I’m frustrated and I Hope Wells Fargo adds this as a feature that whatever balance or purchase (excludes pending transactions)should be part of a running balance. That when it’s time to pay off the credit card in FULL and the options it gives on the amounts to pay off that one of the options is to TRUELY PAY IT OFF IN FULL and not Gove you a balance of thinking your paying it off but leaves a surprising balance on the next statement.

    Boy oh boy did it work good this time it was great a couple times before this new update I had a few problems but I think it was my fault I was paying late and trying to get in under the wire of not paying late I am a veteran of Vietnam war and I'm on a fixed income Wells Fargo has been good to me a couple times it could've been better giving me a little slack someways it help me and someways it didn't that was back when I spent seven months in Ann Arbor VA hospital in the TOWNSHIP where I live The township supervisor didn't like me he tried to use his office to hurt me because I wouldn't let him put use flag on the veterans Graves I'm a life member of the AmericanLegion in on the HONOR-GUARD here in RAVENNA Michigan we do military honors for the veterans that have passed away I have helped in counties around mine I try to help as many veterans that come home from their deployment when I came home in 1967 they in and out of the back gates in Sevaine clothes it was a bad situation for veterans I am 75 years old makes it rough to get extra money like loans thank you very much

    Wells Fargo should not “ Let Go” of Online Customer Service Representatives due to explaining the steps for mobile deposit, Bill pay, Zelle, Online Wires, Bank to Bank transfers and other questions. Tim Sloan wants the customer to be the priority. However, when someone at their home is not finding categories on the Wells Fargo mobile app and the time clock is ticking; a Wells Fargo team member should not be written up for a high amount of minutes. Customers do not realize that customer service representatives get informal warnings or formal warnings when the call time is too long. Online Customer Service Representatives who truly do what is right for the customer and truly care about resolving the reason for the call many times get warnings. A customer should not be rushed off the phone and asked: “You got it from here”? I was able to make a mobile deposit at the convenience of my home. Therefore, a Wells Fargo Online Customer Service Representative did not have to assist me. When a representative explains how to do a transaction; then this saves Wells Fargo time and money. Instead, people will lose their jobs; then Wells Fargo will spend thousands of dollars training 10 to 20 Representatives.

    I recently sent (or tried to send) money to someone I’ve been paying through the Wells Fargo app since the clearXchange service started. Now the recipient has to enroll with Zelle, but his bank does not participate with Zelle, so he has to register using the app with his bank debit card. Zelle is not accepting his debit card even though it meets all their requirements. He is texting me that he has been on the phone and put on hold off and on for over an hour so far — mostly on hold. He‘s not happy. My money is not in my account any more, and he has no way of receiving the money coming to him short of opening a bank account at a participating bank. If Wells Fargo wasn’t just half a block from me and the only bank with an ATM that I pass to and from work, I would’ve dropped them when I found out that that wonky savings account their teller fraudulently opened and connected to my checking was part of a larger scam, I would have closed my account. I haven’t dealt with a human at WF since I went in there and demanded they close that account and refund me all the monthly fees and penalties they deducted from my checking from having an “inactive” savings account.
