If you want to install and use the Chick-fil-A app on your PC or Mac, you will need to download and install a Desktop App emulator for your computer. We have worked diligently to help you understand how to use this app for your computer in 4 simple steps below:

Step 1: Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac

Ok. First things first. If you want to use the application on your computer, first visit the Mac store or Windows AppStore and search for either the Bluestacks app or the Nox App . Most of the tutorials on the web recommends the Bluestacks app and I might be tempted to recommend it too, because you are more likely to easily find solutions online if you have trouble using the Bluestacks application on your computer. You can download the Bluestacks Pc or Mac software here

Step 2: Install the emulator on your PC or Mac

Now that you have downloaded the emulator of your choice, go to the Downloads folder on your computer to locate the emulator or Bluestacks application.
Once you have found it, click it to install the application or exe on your PC or Mac computer.
Now click Next to accept the license agreement.
Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application properly.
If you do the above correctly, the Emulator app will be successfully installed.

Step 3: for PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and look for its search bar. Once you found it, type Chick-fil-A in the search bar and press Search. Click on Chick-fil-A application icon. A window of Chick-fil-A on the Play Store or the app store will open and it will display the Store in your emulator application. Now, press the Install button and like on an iPhone or Android device, your application will start downloading. Now we are all done.
You will see an icon called "All Apps".
Click on it and it will take you to a page containing all your installed applications.
You should see the icon. Click on it and start using the application.

Step 4: for Mac OS

Hi. Mac user!
The steps to use this app for Mac are exactly like the ones for Windows OS above. All you need to do is install the Nox Application Emulator or Bluestack on your Macintosh. The links are provided in step one

Download on Andriod, Iphone
Free On iTunes
Download Android

Thank you for reading this tutorial. Have a nice day!

  • Overall, very convenient!

This app has been a fantastic solution to the long lines that seem to always be at our Chick Fil A (I live in a small Texas college town, and Chick Fil A is everyone's go to spot). And I don't mean to say the long lines are terrible, because the workers are lightning fast when it comes to taking care of everyone, but it's nice when I'm in a rush or on my way to somewhere, and I need a quick meal, all I have to do is click on my favorite meal (which the app has saved), walk in, wait a minute or two, and walk out with freshly made food without having to wait in a line or swipe a card. It's even faster than their drive thru! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it times out and glitches a bit when handling a large order. We had an internship meeting and took everyone's order (about 8 people total), and when I was entering it into the app, after only a few orders had been placed, it would shut down, and I'd have to start all over again. After a couple times of it happening, I finally learned to go back and forth between placing the order and looking at the total in the app to make sure it was staying updated, so when the app would close out, my order would be saved and I could continue putting it in. It ended up being a bit of a hassle, and took more time than it should, but I still think overall, this app is a great and helpful tool. I think if that small issue were to be fixed, this app would be top notch!
  • Needs a few more user friendly features.

Overall the app has been great. But it could use a couple improvements. The ability to select “Dine-in” when placing a mobile order would be handy. When trying to wrangle small kiddos solo, ordering through the app is much more convenient than waiting in line, especially with little ones in tow. I know I can put it in the special instructions, but the character limit is very small, and sometimes that part is overlooked. The ability to delete from the recently ordered menu would be super handy. It seems like some of the items I order frequently don’t always show at the top, and I have to scroll for awhile to find it, which kind of defeats the purpose of the recent orders option. Also, if there is a way to complete receipt surveys within the app, the ones you receive when you order in person, or the ability to have that reward added to your account, thus showing up in the rewards section of the app, would make things easier. Right now I have to scan my email for the freebie, then go back to the app to scan my account. It’s just one extra step that could be eliminated with an option to login to your account at the beginning of the survey, or even at the end. I am glad surveys are periodically offered through the app when placing mobile orders. And those show up in the rewards section.
  • time saving and life saving!!!!

I work at the mall in a big town where traffic is heavy and a chick-fil-a just opened 0.7 miles down the road, which is perfect considering I only have 30 minutes to grab lunch and get clocked back in. This app has a feature called curb side where I can skip the long line and pre order and pay for my food in the app (which remembers my favorites and most frequent orders) so I can pull up in an open park space and press one button saying I’m here to pick up my food and someone brings my food to my car within seconds! It makes ordering less of a hassle! Skip the lines and download the app to save a ton of time! They even send you free treats for using the app like a free medium waffle fry or ice cream just for being a faithful customer! Nothing is better!! The app is SO easy to use and has pictures for every item so it makes ordering so easy! I can even be walking to my car and making my order because I just look at the picture! No small print or reading necessary! You can even add small details like adding lemon to your sweet tea or extra salt or salad dressing all in the app! It’s made my lunch breaks less rushed, enjoyable, and hassle free! :)
  • Late for work now

Placed a mobile order for curbside pick up. I received notice that it was ready and on it's way out while pulling into the parking lot. I call them to tell them I'm right in front after not see anyone for 5 minutes. They lady was nice and said she check on my order and send someone right out. Waited over ten minutes still no one has come. I call again and asked if she needed my order number because I've been waiting for over ten minutes. She apologizes and said that someone did go out with my order maybe they went to the wrong car and she'll send someone out right now. I guess a manager came out with my now super cold order and gift cards for a couple of free sandwiches. At this point I'm late going back to work from lunch. A 5 minute drive there and a 5 minute drive back during a 30 minute lunch so I can leave early enough to not be in traffic for 2 hours when I get off has now turned into 45 minutes and no lunch break for me. The whole reason I ordered ahead and requested curbside became a useless disaster. I'm so sad that this happened. They're normally super on point when I do a mobile order. I feel as though there is some serious disorganization and communication happening there.

I absolutely love this app for chick fil a. It’s very convenient and at times when I have no money and need a sandwich. I can use my points to get one. It’s awesome. I’ve even done a large order and received everything I needed. I’m well known at my local chick fil a store. It’s one of my most favorite places to eat. The app is just awesome ! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !!! Cause I love it!!!!!
  • Don’t level up

    By Boca SoFlo
Idk what it is or if anyone else has noticed this as well. But when I first got this app & was just a normal member I got random free rewards all the time, probably 2/3x a week. Once I became a silver member, I haven’t seen 1 free reward in months. As in have received a single reward since I became silver. You’d think as you become a higher level member you’d get better rewards but it seems it’s the complete opposite.
  • Cost me time not saved me time

I love Chick-Fil-A and think you guys are top of the line in most things. So it kills me to post this, but if people like me are trying to save time by using the app, it’s good to know it may not be the best option. I’ve tried the app twice and been pretty disappointed with still having to wait to pick up my food. The 2nd time somehow the order never went through even though it started asking me about settings for the app, so I thought it was confirmed. Got to the restaurant and found out it never went through. Both times I was short on time, hence the reason for the review.
  • Table cleaning

    By cant get thru
Enjoy the food very much, but the patrons that sit their diaper age kids on the tables and on the order counter can take ones appetite!!!! Need to see the staff more conscientious in table top cleaning, but there’s little hope for inconsiderate adults that don’t know better.....saw this happen today!
  • iPhone X (Black)

I absolutely love this place. Service and food are unmatched. Great quality of eatery especially considering this is a “fast food” chain. Hate the new points system, but I’ll be a customer until the end of time!
  • The app isn't working

    By Anthonyc4423
The add to order button has been removed. I can no longer create mobile orders
  • Change “click prepare” button

The click “prepare” button is extremely delayed, and does not always pop up quickly even when in store or parking lot. Deceiving, cause you may wait and have to re-order or finalize after waiting over 4-5 minutes
