Ok. First things first. If you want to use the application on your computer, first visit the Mac store or Windows AppStore and search for either the Bluestacks app or the Nox App >> . Most of the tutorials on the web recommends the Bluestacks app and I might be tempted to recommend it too, because you are more likely to easily find solutions online if you have trouble using the Bluestacks application on your computer. Step 2: Install the emulator on your PC or Mac

Now that you have downloaded the emulator of your choice, go to the Downloads folder on your computer to locate the emulator or Bluestacks application.
Once you have found it, click it to install the application or exe on your PC or Mac computer.
Now click Next to accept the license agreement.
Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application properly.
If you do the above correctly, the Emulator app will be successfully installed.

Step 3: for PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10 / 11

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and look for its search bar. Once you found it, type MLB Ballpark in the search bar and press Search. Click on MLB Ballparkapplication icon. A window of MLB Ballpark on the Play Store or the app store will open and it will display the Store in your emulator application. Now, press the Install button and like on an iPhone or Android device, your application will start downloading. Now we are all done.
You will see an icon called "All Apps".
Click on it and it will take you to a page containing all your installed applications.
You should see the icon. Click on it and start using the application.

Step 4: for Mac OS

Still a garbage app. Finally brought back photos and history. But I still don’t understand why I can’t add a game to my history retroactively.
Better than before, but still needs some work

As I said before this app was garbage after the new update because they got rid of the journal. The most recent update finally brought back all of my pictures that were purged and the box scores from all of the games. This is a huge improvement, but it still isn’t at the level the original app was at. All of the descriptions that I typed in for all the games I visited are gone and now you can’t add games you have been to before this app existed like you used to be able to. Also it’s disappointing that you can’t add pictures to previous games because the games I’ve been to this year are blank because this was during the period of the Awful update. Please just let us add pictures to games we’ve seen. Please bring back all of the features of the old app that were perfect. The app is better than in was at the beginning of the season and they have listened a little, so I will go from 1 to 3 stars. However I won’t be giving my 5 stars back to this app until MLB listens to their fans and brings back ALL OF THE FEATURES from the original ballpark app.

New review 8/1/19: This still needs a TON of work. It’s nice that my old notes and photos were restored (most of them. Some are apparently lost forever). BUT: Anytime I try to look at them it freezes and I have to force-quit. If we check in on arrival there is no way to go back and add photos and notes later on, which completely defeats the whole purpose! And when I deliberately waited till the end and then checked in, it froze when I tried to post a photo and note and never completed the addition. Can’t add previous games. All the old functions that made this app so good are gone. Please, please, FIX THIS. It used to be so good. Now it’s just a huge disappointment and if I didn’t need to use it for ticket management I’d dump it. ********* I loved this app, till now. The updates have utterly ruined it. I had years’ worth of photos and game notes that have completely disappeared, as have the box scores and seat locations. I don’t know what the developers were thinking. I guess they weren’t. If my season tickets weren’t tied to it I would just delete it, as it’s otherwise useless now. It’s not even worth 1 star but zero isn’t possible. Come on, MLB. Fix this!
