Install athenaWell Care Management app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "athenaWell Care Management"
The search will reveal the athenaWell Care Management app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once athenaWell Care Management is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including athenaWell Care Management.

Login Does Not Work on App

Same issue as another review. The login that you create online will not work in the app. This app is basically useless and a waste of precious data to download. Unless they fix this problem there is no point in this app.

This is an impossible app to get access to keeps saying wrong I’d or password and it isn’t. Doesn’t send email that it says it will and is useless to patients to access their records.

I can login to my account on my desktop, but on this mobile app, it says the ID or password are invalid. They are NOT invalid. Very frustrating.
