If you want to install and use the Flo Period & Ovulation Tracker app on your PC or Mac, you will need to download and install a Desktop App emulator for your computer. We have worked diligently to help you understand how to use Flo Period & Ovulation Tracker for your computer in 4 simple steps below:

Step 1: Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac

Ok. First things first. If you want to use the application on your computer, first visit the Mac store or Windows AppStore and search for either the Bluestacks app or the Nox App . Most of the tutorials on the web recommends the Bluestacks app and I might be tempted to recommend it too, because you are more likely to easily find solutions online if you have trouble using the Bluestacks application on your computer. You can download the Bluestacks Pc or Mac software here

Step 2: Install the emulator on your PC or Mac

Now that you have downloaded the emulator of your choice, go to the Downloads folder on your computer to locate the emulator or Bluestacks application.
Once you have found it, click it to install the application or exe on your PC or Mac computer.
Now click Next to accept the license agreement.
Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application properly.
If you do the above correctly, the Emulator app will be successfully installed.

Step 3: Flo Period & Ovulation Tracker for PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and look for its search bar. Once you found it, type Flo Period & Ovulation Tracker in the search bar and press Search. Click on Flo Period & Ovulation Tracker application icon. A window of Flo Period & Ovulation Tracker on the Play Store or the app store will open and it will display the Store in your emulator application. Now, press the Install button and like on an iPhone or Android device, your application will start downloading. Now we are all done.
You will see an icon called "All Apps".
Click on it and it will take you to a page containing all your installed applications.
You should see the Flo Period & Ovulation Tracker icon. Click on it and start using the application.

  • I use it constantly during my period

I found this app a number of months back because i was having a super abnormally long period and i figured it was probably about time i started actually tracking my period. So i got this app and ive now been using it for months and ive continued to really like it and recommend it to my friends. I love being able to see roughly when my period will start as well as be able to scroll through the little mini articles (because honestly my health class in high school taught me nothing about anything going on). The one thing that isnt perfect is the prediction cycle. Its never been accurate for me even tho ive tracked my periods for about a year now. I mean, its usually really close and is maybe just off by a day or two so i dont actually fault it, but i do think people should recognize that this app isnt absolutely accurate because its still using an algorithm that’s never going to know what your body is doing 100% of the time. My one other thing isnt a complaint its just i would love to see a feature where we can bookmark insights. I love the insights but i’d like to do more than just like them. Or is there a feature already and my blindness has just kept it hidden from me lol Tldr: great app, not always accurate, would like to be able to bookmark the insights, but no matter what its still super easy and great to use, i highly recommend

this app is super useful for tracking periods, and has given me mostly accurate predictions so far! it’s been off by a day or two a couple times when i first started using it because it wasn’t adjusted to my cycle yet, but since then i haven’t had any issues. i love the insights where it gives info about my period and the different changes that come along with a period, and i especially love that you can comment anonymously on posts and get help from and give help to the community. by far, my favorite thing about the Flo app is that you can have it give you reminders to drink water, take meds, and weigh yourself if that is something that you’re concerned about! the reminders are super helpful for me as my meds are for adhd, so i need a reminder so i actually remember to take them lol! the only thing that i would adjust is that my water bottle has metric markings, but i live in america, so i have to convert the metric to ounces to track my water because the only way to use metric for water is to switch the entire app over to metric. this isn’t a huge deal because google is a pretty good converter but it’s just something that i’ve noticed. overall, this is a great app and i’ve recommended it to friends and family, and now i’m recommending it to you!
  • Amazing but needs a touch.

Don't get me wrong, Flo is amazing and you'll never use another app after you download this but it could use a few touches. The one idea I have isn't really important but if you want to have more fun with the app you should also have the choice of using your own photo for a background picture. Doing this would make it a little more fun along with being able to choose the color of the circles or bubbles. Also, it would be cool if people could make their own articles for everyone to read but make a separate column you can click on, incase viewers don't want to read other people's. And lastly, the articles usually talk about tampons. Not everyone wears them including me. It would be great if you could tell everyone how they work and if it hurts. I personally am really sensitive about "down there" and it would be great to know what it's like. Or even talk more about pads. Right now I read things I can on the internet and see how to insert them and everything. But I rly think sticking something up there is really nasty. Again just my opinion. But overall this game is really good. If it was just a little more fun and fit for everyone I would be giving it 5 stars. But hopefully something I said can come true. To Whom Ever It Regards, - Unknown☺️

The reason I downloaded this app was because I have fairly irregular periods. They have always been irregular, but I discovered that I have hypothyroidism which contributes greatly to irregular periods. I am also breastfeeding and have been breastfeeding for 18 months. I do notice that when I take my thyroid medication my periods become a lot more predictable and more normal. So, with that being said I did not expect this app to be spot on for me. I am just not one of those women who have a really predictable cycle. If you have a predictable cycle than this app will work great for you!! It tells you ovulation days so you can try (or avoid) getting pregnant. It reminds you when your period is due which is nice. Since my periods aren’t regular it took about 4-6 cycles to actually get the app to correctly predict my periods which is understandable. It’s important to log all your symptoms because that’s how it tells which phase you are in. This month it said I was supposed to start, but when I updated my symptoms, it changed the date I was due for my period. My period actually came 3 days before it was “due” but still, that’s pretty good guessing with someone who has irregular cycles. I do also love that they have articles you can read that educate you about your body. 4.5 stars.

  • Great but would like to see more tracking.

I think we should be able to track when we pee, like how often we do. Also, since weed is recreational In some states, I feel that should be an option. Put weed under when you used. Like you can with alcohol.

I love Flo! I enjoy reading the insights but this new update has made the font and everything just unnecessarily large. There’s no way to edit it in the design settings either:/

Yes. This app is good (I think) now I guess for those of you who like this all or feel differently are wondering...”Why three stars?” I gave this app three starts because it doesn’t have some of the stuff I need. Now the shortest you can go for your year of birth is 2005. I was born in 2007 and I’ve been getting my period for a year and a half or so, and I STILL don’t know my cycle. And I’m very much so tired of waking up with a surprise. Now the other reasons I gave this app three stars is because not only the birth years but because it asks you questions that I don’t really know the answers to since I don’t track my period and that was the reason I got his app. Now if you’re reading this and you know the answers to those questions and you were born in 2005 or farther back then I completely recommend it! But it just wasn’t the app for me.

My wife has been using Flo for the past year. We aren’t trying to get pregnant, so seeing fertility data is not of interest. The major use case we have been hoping/waiting for is to allow a partner to see where she is in her cycle for the sake of planning things. Date nights, trips, etc. We’ve used a few apps in the past that offered this and it was AMAZINGLY useful. I’ve tried using her login on my phone, but that doesn’t work as it tried to track me instead of syncing her data, which I guess would have been good enough. Please, please add this feature! When someone logs into the app, ask if they are the woman trying to track her cycle or the partner wanting to track someone else’s cycle. Then it would go through an authorization process. Please do consider this feature. There does not seem to be a period tracking app that both DOESN’T focus on fertility AND allows for a second individual to track that cycle on a different device.
  • Tracking mood symptoms

    1
    By Hilaryfairy
From a 4 star to a 1 because you eliminated one of the most important symptoms for tracking cycles during your last update. Why did you replace “sad” with “disappointed” in the mood section? I’m not disappointed when my PMDD makes me depressed, I’m sad. How is this supposed to accurately track me to provide cycle predictions? Disappointed has an outside trigger. If I print this out for my doctor, he’s going to say, “What happened to make you disappointed?” when in reality, there is no external cause for my menstrual related sadness. Also, what happens to my charts that I was actively using to track sadness so that I know when to take the proper medicines to alleviate some of my PMDD symptoms? At a time when suicide is the third leading cause of death, eliminating the ability to talk about sadness because it’s a negative feeling is counterproductive to proper health. I’m not sad that you removed the option; I’m disappointed. See the difference?
