1. AntiStress should be seen as a complement to other care programmes that reduce the amount of stress in your life.

2. An audio guide teaches you conscious breathing, which research has shown can reduce stress and increase your well-being.

3. The AntiStress self-care programme is designed to prevent and reduce stress.

4. To help you begin to understand your stress levels, the app allows you to make daily notes about what saps or boosts your energy and your perceived stress level.

5. If we consciously breathe more calmly and deeper, it sends signals to the brain which reduce stress.

Install AntiStress app on your Windows in 4 steps below:


  1. Download an Android emulator for PC:
    Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

  2. Install the emulator:
    On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

  3. Using AntiStress on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
    • Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "AntiStress"
    • The search will reveal the AntiStress app icon. Open, then click "Install".
    • Once AntiStress is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including AntiStress.
    • Now enjoy AntiStress on PC.

  1. To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
    • Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

  2. To use AntiStress,
    • Login to the PlayStore we just installed
    • Search for "AntiStress" » then Click "Install".
    • AntiStress will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

    I’m getting into my freshman year of high school, so I’ve been going through a lot of stress relief apps, but this is the best one yet! The “My Diary” part is really helpful, especially since you get to rate each day on a scale of how stressed you were. It helps because I get to look back and reflect and see if I’ve improved, and what I need to do to improve. The Conscious Breathing is a little cheesy though. It’d be better if it was just the music instead of all those breath in, breath out parts. It seem like they’re trying to hard by saying things like “let the air move through you” and “let the oxygen flooooooooooow through your entire body”. It gets repetitive after a while and would definitely be better with just the music in the background. Other than that, this is amazing!

    So it’s pretty much just a journal with dates of ur stress, but I was laughing so hard because the voice that is for breathing exercises is so funny😂
