What is Fit Weightlift?

Fit Weightlifting is a workout tracking app that allows users to create their own workout plans or add exercises as they go. The app calculates the calories burned, one rep max, total volume of weight moved, and more. Users can create any exercise they want and compare their exercise history to see their progress in easy-to-use graphs. The app stores all health data on the device and requests permission from the Health App to record and display health-related data.



Software Features and Description

1. When you record an exercise we use the weight you lifted, the number of reps you did, your height and body weight, and the speed you perform the exercise to calculate how many calories you burned.

2. In addition, if you record your heart rate between your exercises we will use this and your age to calculate the calories you burned between sets.

3. Find an exercise that really made you feel the burn? Or maybe you need to remember to watch your form in a certain way? Leave yourself a note in Fit that will show up the next time you do your exercise.

4. The exercises in that workout will only show up in your today view on that rotation week.

5. As you workout enter the weight and repetitions you do for each exercise.

6. Do you ever go to a gym that uses imperial weights one day (lb) and another gym that uses metric weights on another (kg)? You are able to switch the units your app displays your exercises in to automatically see all of your previous exercises in either measurement system.

7. Ever use an iPod or iPad in addition to your iPhone to keep track of your workouts? Keep your data in sync on your iOS devices with iCloud.

8. To begin create a workout plan with the exercises you want to do, or simply start a workout and add exercises as you go.

9. Redesigned to work beautifully on your Apple Watch, now with Watch OS 3 you can track your workout and leave your phone at home.

10. Working towards a target 1-rep max on an exercise? Track your progress more closely by creating a goal.

11. A significant percent of your burned calories happen as your heart rate is still elevated between your sets.

Install Fit Weightlift app on your Windows in 4 steps below:


  1. Download an Android emulator for PC:

  1. To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
    • Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

  2. To use Fit Weightlift,
    • Login to the PlayStore we just installed
    • Search for "Fit Weightlift" » then Click "Install".
    • Fit Weightlift will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Fit Weightlift functions

- Active Calorie Burn Calculation: Calculates the calories burned based on weight lifted, number of reps, height, body weight, and speed of exercise. Also calculates calories burned between sets using heart rate and age.

    The new versions keep getting better. Here's my old review, which still stands: I have searched the app store for a while to find a good weightlifting tracker that fits my needs. This is definitely it. I like that the app calculates calories, has a built-in heart rate monitor, allows you to add custom lifts and workouts, and calculates volume and other statistics over time. The interface is intuitive and easy to use. It is so easy to use that it works in the weight room without slowing me down in between sets. The workout history tables are not as good as they used to be. Hard to use and the calendar and list views do not present data in an easy to consume view. Like most lifters, I’m interested in tracking weight and exercises over time, not the calories and so on. Also, zoom or other graphical functionality would be nice. I now have about 4 years of lifts crowded onto one screen. It works seamlessly with my heart rate monitor - Scoche RYTHM armband

    I've been using workout tracking apps since I got my iPhone 3G 6 years ago, and this is easily my favorite. It is easy to use, can be coordinated with multiple people, and isn't bloated with social features, illustrations or a bunch of features that only get in the way (I'm looking at you, JeFit). This strikes the right balance for me between being featureful and quick to use -- I hate fumbling with my phone after a hard set, and this app keeps interactions to a minimum.

    A lot of common exercises aren’t present (like seated leg curl or most glute exercises) and when you make a workout before you start, the reps you put in are lost when you begin. If my workout has a 4x8 bench with a 2x12 warmup, when I start, the record function defaults to the first warm up set.

    When attempting to create a workout on phone the screen stays blank and am unable to enter any info. There is no menu or drop downs either.
