5. Guided programs & challenges: Designed with a fitness goal in mind, NEOU experts have created curated programs and challenges to help you reach your goals or test your limits.

6. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase and the subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

7. Download classes: Take your workouts anywhere! Preload classes to work out offline or reduce data usage.

8. Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.

10. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "NEOU"
The search will reveal the NEOU: Fitness & Exercise App app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once NEOU is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including NEOU.

One of my most used apps!

This app came around at the perfect time for me. I had recently moved and moved away from a gym that I loved. I struggled finding another gym that would allow me to work out during the times that worked best for me. Everything I found was either crazy expensive or not open when it was convenient for me. I follow Jen Widerstrom on Instagram and she mention she was creating content for this app, so I checked it out. IT WAS AWESOME!!!! I can filter by the type of exercise, the equipment I have at home, and by time. I was recently in a trip to Jamaica and I was able to download workouts and take them with me on vacation without using data or relying on spotty Caribbean WiFi. I am motivated to work out more regularly and while I have my favorite trainers (Jen Widerstrom, Dani Irwin, Joseph D) I’m encouraged to try new classes with new instructors. I used it at least 4-6 times a week and I have loved every workout. If you’re looking for a wide variety of workouts to do in the privacy of your own home and on your own time this is your app! They absolutely the Netflix of fitness videos and the subscription has been worth every cent!
NEOU Fitness App

I have only been with this app for 2 months and I will NEVER subscribe to anything else! I had been paying way more per year for Beachbody only to become frustrated that I couldn’t do their workouts. I found this app by happenstance as an add on Instagram and have been hooked every since!!! They are the only app that has machine workouts (elliptical, treadmill, and spin), hundreds of different workout (truly something for everyone), the best instructors, AND they are reasonably priced for a year subscription. I can workout everyday and never do the same workout twice-although I tend to follow the same concepts. I’m 55 and FINALLY found a workout app that gives results... all I do is push play and follow along. They let you try the app for 7 days free so u have nothing to loose.. except inches!! Using NeoU in the Go

Having the this app app to help me get my workouts in while on the go traveling, has helped me out so much. Watching the live stream videos has helped motivate me to get my workout in and makes me feel like I’m right there in the class. It works on your phone and your iPad. I tried to set it up on my laptop so I didn’t have to lean my phone against something but unfortunately it doesn’t work/open on your laptop. I highly recommend using this app because it has so many different workouts to choose from. Dance, Yoga, Abs, HIIT, and even Boxing. If I don’t have enough time in the day to get it in on my own, I know this app has my back to at least get a solid 30-45 minute sexy sweat sesh in!! Must try it out!
Won’t connect to my television/ update

Update: customer service responded immediately 👍it works on appletv, rokutv, and firetv. My son has a roku tv but his room and that tv are smaller. For now I just have to take my laptop in my living room 🙄🤷‍♀️.Anywho I love the DIVERSE coaches and current music. I love this app worth every penny. 🤩 I have a 65in samsung smart tv and for some reason this app will not connect to my tv from my iPhone when I push the screen button...😤😤that is the only reason I’m giving this app one star...I’m bummed I won’t be able to workout on a bigger screen...I tried to go to the website from my tv and login but when I select a video it says “something went wrong” 🙄🙄😤
