  • Doesn’t send heart rate data to iOS

    By andrewnwilliams (Pcmac user)

There are 2 versions of this app the app 2.0 (this one) and the app for Heart rate. They do almost the exact same thing but the UI is designed a little differently. Most importantly 2.0 DOES NOT send Heart rate data to iOS health while the other one does. This is extremely confusing especially because both versions seem to be actively worked on and they don’t distinguish when to use one vs. the other. Also, the HR band I bought says to download 2.0. What’s the point of a HR band/app if you can’t record HR data?! This whole ecosystem is really confusing, and if I was a hardware manufacturer I would not work with this app. Also, so far I have yet to actually get the data in the other app to successfully write to iOS health. This band was pretty cheap, so I guess you pay for.
  • Missed steps

    By Bewleyamc (Pcmac user)

Literally misses hundreds of steps. There is consistently a discrepancy between the device/app, my phones default step tracker, and my old school pedometer. I’ve sent emails to the company on several occasions with no response. I was hoping to use the device to track steps as part of my health insurance discount but kinda hard to do when it doesn’t accurately track your activity. Device is less than a year old
  • Can’t pair, even worse UI

    By Pfern (Pcmac user)

My son got this for Christmas and it won’t pair to his iPad. I tried it on my phone and it won’t pair there either. Same for my wife’s phone and the other iPad we have. What a disappointment. I knew it would be bad when the developer couldn’t even take the time to make the iPad version take up the whole screen on the pairing portion. If they don’t care enough about it looking awful, why would they care if it worked? Will be returning to the store because the app makes this device useless. Just an awful, unresponsive design even if you skip the pairing screen as well.
  • Disappointed

    By ridicoulus (Pcmac user)

I started using very fit 2.0 to help keep track of my actual steps and at the end of the day if I don’t log them onto my app or on my phone the next morning when I go to that day my steps are at zero and also when I check for weekly it’s not keeping my steps or syncing and it’s very frustrated. I’m probably going to stop using if this doesn’t get fixed. Your last update was 5 months ago, well there needs to be another one to fix this problem. Disappointed user
