    I just did my first this app session and I’m a little sad that there is no beginner option as most of the this app apps don’t have one. I decided to take up this app because I am constantly stressed but I guess I will just have to learn quick. The only issue I have had this far is it automatically started me on day two instead of one. The app is really smooth and peaceful though and I’m finding my self in love with it already! I can’t wait for tomorrow!

    I’ve only tried this app a few times in the past. I knew my body needed something other than basic warm-up stretches to increase my mobility. I rock climbing, slackline, and cycle regularly, but body is too rigid. I’ve been using this app every morning for a week now and I’m really enjoying it so far. I started with the “restorative this app” option and have been working my way up. I will most likely invest in the full paid version in the future.

    This app was super intuitive and I love all the customizable features. I especially like that you can change up the voice of the instructor and the music. Something unique that I appreciate is the ability to see the name of the pose written out on the screen. I find this creates a more in-depth understanding of the flow and has allowed me to better understand what position I’m going into during class sessions.

    I have had the full version of Down Dog for 2 years and wish I started with this app! This app is new and a GREAT introduction into this app and Down Dog, best of all its FREE. Down Dog doesn’t cost that much and has WONDERFUL sessions too so I highly recommend getting that app once you get a firm grasp from this app. 10 stars across the board for this app. Never have any glitches and recommend it all the time to beginners.
