1. Whether you’re looking to ride 25 miles or complete your first century or half century ride, Couch to Cycling gives you training programs and workouts to get you adventure ready.
2. Workout interval intensities are based on "The Talk Test", which does not require a heart rate monitor, power meter or any special equipment.
3. Get off your couch and we will train you to finish a Charity Ride, Tour, Gran Fondo, or Epic Adventure.
4. Couch to Cycling includes training plans for 20-100 mile rides.
5. We provide you with 3-4 workouts per week for 8-12 weeks, that are specifically designed to train your endurance.
6. The "The Talk Test" is a simple way to measure intensity based how much you can talk during exercise.
7. Note: Cycling on the road with headphones is not safe, and not recommended.
8. Our straight-forward plans are designed for beginners.
9. We recommend that you use your iPhone’s internal speaker and mount it on your handlebars.
10. Use of GPS running in the background can decrease battery life.
