    Edit: I still like the app but I don’t love it anymore, I do not like the new update or that every time I sign on I’m asked if I want to pay for a no advert app. Also why offer only 3 days of a trial? If it was 30 days I might and then if I really used it I would have started a new habit and would want to pay for imo. I’m going to look for a new app. Old review: I highly recommend this app for anyone looking for a good exercise app. It has helped me tremendously. I've shown it to my doctors and they are very impressed. In fact they wrote it down to recommend to their other patients.

    I work long days on my feet and often feel tired and achy. My schedule also makes it hard for me to find time to work out in the gym. This app guides me through quick and easy routines that I can do anywhere and leaves me feeling more energetic and less achy and sore. I highly recommend this app for anyone that feels too busy to spend time in the gym.

    I absolutely love how this app allows you to try out some new stretches and tracks your progress for you! It has a built in timer and tells you how long to do each stretch! This app has helped me so much with some soreness that I get from cheerleading!

    Love it, This app is simple and easy to use. You can move up to different levels to get harder stretch s. Not only is the app itself great but the streatchs feel amazing, I recommend this app to anyone who may have pain anywheres in the body.
