  • Some bugs

    By GimletAndChill (Pcmac user)

I’m not able to change prescribed sleep and wake times, which I’m supposed to adjust weekly in the app. I wish the app gave me a recommendation vs me having to self assess. On a positive - I’ve stopped using my phone in bed and wake up at the same time every day now.
  • Great app for vets/first responders

    By Doberman_Warrior (Pcmac user)

This is a great sleep app for veterans or first responders. The sleep tracking section is very helpful. Also the suggestions are not annoying like with some sleep apps. Some of the sleep prescription stuff could be hard to understand if you are using it on your own without a therapist. The notifications are buggy but there’s a way around that which is every time you get a notification if you click on it (like to open the app) then it will work correctly.
  • Good, but needs some things

    By Winmeister1 (Pcmac user)

This is a decent app for tracking sleep habits but needs some improvements. 1. It needs a much better reminder system, something that will constantly show up on your lock screen until you’ve entered your data for the day. 2. Put the ‘Add new entry’ right on the home page. There shouldn’t be any need to cycle through other pages to do this.
  • Extremely Helpful App

    By Estudiante-1 (Pcmac user)

This app has made my life better. I really believe it’s helping me get better sleep. I hope the developers will keep working on it. I’ve noticed that the last night’s data doesn’t appear when I graph my sleep. Also, the app doesn’t look good on my iPad since it doesn’t fill the screen. I really appreciate this wonderful tool.
