1. - In addition to the individual exercises we have created some workout routines you can do at home, consisting of different types of full body workouts to improve your workout plans at home.
2. 3.- The sessions are groups of aerobic exercises (workouts for women and workout routines for men) to be done at any given time one after another, with the aim to strengthen different parts of your body.
3. In this app you will find a variety of home exercises divided into different categories, in which we will explain you exercises with workout videos and explanatory texts, so that you can easily do exercise at home.
4. 4.- In the tips section you will find different tricks and recommendations for your warm-up exercises, how to stay fit and lose weight, etc.
5. Additionally, in every category you will find exercises for a specific part of your body, like for example: abs workouts, glutes exercises, leg workouts, arms, biceps, back, chest, shoulders, etc.

7. In the main menu you will find the following sections: Exercises, sessions, tips, my records and settings.
8. 5.- In the section of your records you can monitor all the exercises you have done every day, so that you have control of the home workouts you have done and you can beat yourself from day to day.
9. - You can check all the fitness exercises you’ve done every day in order to monitor the workout program you do every week.
10. - For some at home workouts you might need some kind of equipment to be able to do them, like exercises with dumbbells, kettlebells or even elastic rubber balls.
