    This app has lots of timed workouts. I am a beginner and had no idea what I was doing and this app walked me through what to do how to do it and how many/long to do. I want to get an hour workout in so usually I will do a 20 minute HIIT training , a 20 minute abs training, and 20 minutes of legs/arms for whatever day it is. Each week I will repeat the same trainings but add reps or seconds on to challenge myself and so I don’t run out of trainings to watch, so far there’s still plenty of workouts I haven’t tried yet. There are premium workouts but I haven’t felt the need to use those over the other free ones available. They also have the option to look up exercises by body part, so if you want more full body exercises to learn they have them all in a list with what body parts they help and how to do them. You can link your Facebook and join challenges like pushups, crunches, etc., to help motivate you to achieve better results! AND ALL THIS IS FREE! So no regrets in downloading !!

    I have been searching for a good workout app for a long time and many of the free ones require you to buy a premium mode to use fully. I really enjoyed this app Trainer once I found it because it truly is a free workout app, not pulling you in with any premium. this app Trainer has plenty of exercises and reps to meet everyone’s demands, whether they are just starting to work out or are experienced. I really enjoy how pretty much all of the exercises can be done in your own house, without weights or other gym equipment. The main idea of the app is that to unlock the main workouts, you need to gain the currency which is coins. You receive the coins by working out daily as well as other tasks. I find that pleasant because it requires you to be committed to find better workouts. Overall it’s a great app and I would recommend it to everyone.

    This is a nice app for people who are on busy schedule and needs to exercise quick without necessarily making the trip to the gym. Most of the exercises do not require gym equipment and is easy to do inside the apartment as long as you have a yoga mat. Some might require a dumbbell but still, I think is apartment friendly. I’ve tried their plans and it’s also good to have exercises pre-set/mixed so I feel like all my muscles are getting worked up different days of the week. The only problem I’ve had so far, which is also the reason I’m not giving 5 stars is sometimes the app doesn’t save your data. I completed my training for the day, it showed me as completed, yet somehow when I go back to the main screen, it doesn’t have the green circle to truly prove I finished the workout. This has happened to me multiple time this week and is very frustrating. You’d want to get credit for your hard work but it somehow just don’t sync.

    This app cured my workout blues. I’ve always been hesitant to get into the rhythm of working out consistently and making myself do routines at home, but this app is PERFECT. I’m very overweight right now and this app had a plus-size training plan, unlike other apps I’ve tried which give workouts that just aren’t meant for people with large breasts or big tummies to do. This app rewards even checking in everyday, which is motivating for me to at least open the app and it gets me to this app going and just do the workout it has for me today. The caloric intake section could be way better, there aren’t many food options and it never recognizes barcodes I scan even though they say they have that option. This isn’t the main focus of the app, though, so it doesn’t matter much to me.
