Install WD2GO Cloud app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "WD2GO Cloud"
The search will reveal the WD2GO Cloud app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once WD2GO Cloud is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including WD2GO Cloud.
Now enjoy WD2GO Cloud on PC.

- Login issues, even with correct username and password

- "Forgot password" option leads to a blank screen

- Poor customer support from WD, with no response to inquiries

App is un-useful. I know that I have input my username and password correctly. However I am told repeatedly that it is incorrect. When I select the option for “Forgot password”, the app takes me to a blank screen.

This app appears to be lost when you select “forgot password”, nothing happens. And customer support via the WD website is piss poor. No response from WD although one gets an email confirmation that the issue will be resolved soon. I waited for 2 weeks with a couple more inquiries.
