If you want to install and use the My Verizon app on your PC or Mac, you will need to download and install a Desktop App emulator for your computer. We have worked diligently to help you understand how to use this app for your computer in 4 simple steps below:

Step 1: Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac

Ok. First things first. If you want to use the application on your computer, first visit the Mac store or Windows AppStore and search for either the Bluestacks app or the Nox App . Most of the tutorials on the web recommends the Bluestacks app and I might be tempted to recommend it too, because you are more likely to easily find solutions online if you have trouble using the Bluestacks application on your computer. You can download the Bluestacks Pc or Mac software here

Step 2: Install the emulator on your PC or Mac

Now that you have downloaded the emulator of your choice, go to the Downloads folder on your computer to locate the emulator or Bluestacks application.
Once you have found it, click it to install the application or exe on your PC or Mac computer.
Now click Next to accept the license agreement.
Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application properly.
If you do the above correctly, the Emulator app will be successfully installed.

Step 3: for PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and look for its search bar. Once you found it, type My Verizon in the search bar and press Search. Click on My Verizon application icon. A window of My Verizon on the Play Store or the app store will open and it will display the Store in your emulator application. Now, press the Install button and like on an iPhone or Android device, your application will start downloading. Now we are all done.
You will see an icon called "All Apps".
Click on it and it will take you to a page containing all your installed applications.
You should see the icon. Click on it and start using the application.

Step 4: for Mac OS

Hi. Mac user!
The steps to use this app for Mac are exactly like the ones for Windows OS above. All you need to do is install the Nox Application Emulator or Bluestack on your Macintosh. The links are provided in step one

  • Slipping downhill at a steady pace

    I’ve used Verizon since 2000. For a long time I felt they were ‘The Boss’ of phone companies. The past 2-3 yrs though (it’s now 2018) they have really gone down hill in my opinion. I’ve had the wrong iPhone sent to me several times and one time on a replacement phone I asked to have replaced with a larger Gigabyte and I’d pay difference only to find out AFTER the 14 day return policy it was the same GIG. Or they’ll pass the buck off to it all being in the oh so very fine print of “terms and conditions”. Please, someone tell me if it’s perfectly clear what those terms are if you can read them. Another problem I’ve encountered a customer rep will tell me I’m on the wrong plan and switch me to “better” plan only to turn around and bill me for the switch. That happened more than once. I’ve even asked to speak to a customer service manager and I know I’ve just been turned over to the same level employee posing as if in charge. I suppose they stick together when it comes to a customer going above their heads with a complaint. When my phone is paid off I will be taking my phone and switch to an AARP consumer cellular program. I’m sorry but you have to be 50yrs old and up to get that plan. All I can say is do your best to “dot your i’s and cross your t’s” with any and everything you do. I also encourage people to take the insurance out! It’s worth it’s weight in gold, trust me! Good luck consumers.

    My service was knocked down by Hurricane Michael 10/10, along with losing my power and internet. I purchased an AT&T SIM card so I could speak with family & friends who were concerned. When my power was up and running I called Verizon and told my story. The gentleman was apologetic and explained that I would be receiving 3 months of free service. Apparently there was miscommunication because an hour ago I received a text from Verizon that I was behind in payment and could lose my service. I called Verizon CS and while waiting I paid the bill online through my bank. The first gal I spoke to explained about the upcoming free payments. I told her I had paid the bill and it would be received by Verizon on 10/30. She transferred me to a second gal who wanted me to make arrangements to pay through her. I explained I had already paid and she repeated several times she could not guarantee my service would not be interrupted. I am usually a calm person but this person was extremely frustrating and I could tell she was frustrated herself. I have had your service for many many years and always on time. There should have been a way for her to put info somewhere when you would get paid. I went to my online banking and canceled my payment and paid you so you would not cut my service. Very inconvenient and after the past few weeks of zero Verizon service a complete and total lack of Customer Service.

    Reception is dependable. Customer service is acceptable, mostly. The quality of customer service has declined in recent years as customer base expanded, however I have found if you have the patience to call back when service has been unacceptable, odds are decent that you will receive better service on the second call (sometimes a third try is required). I have stayed for over 10 years because my personal experience with Sprint was worse and AT&T I have found to be less than honest (my personal opinion) in their practices based on my personal experience with home services. AT&T's MO with me has always been to apologize that I was misled yet refuse to take financial responsibility for the misleading representation or relieve me of the resulting loss. Historically I do my upgrades between Black Friday & Christmas and Verizon has had attractive promotions in that timeframe. However I am disappointed in Verizon's holiday promotions for the iPhone so far this year. Hope they get better. The up to $300 off they advertise is NOT a discount because they require you trade-in your current phone. You can sell your phone on any number of sites, Verizon is at best paying what you are owed for your phone, so no discount. I have never noticed this kind of deception (my personal opinion) in Verizon advertising/ promotions before. Trust it won't be a pattern
  • Big corporation cares about the little guy

    We have been with Verizon for 19 years, and in all that time I think I may have contact Verizon about 5 times and that is not a lie. Their coverage is second to none. But the real reason I’m writing this review is to let anyone that will take the time to read this know that some big corporations really do care about their customers. I just received an email from Verizon letting me know that I was approaching my data limit. They didn’t have to do that, they could have said nothing and charged me for my overage. But instead they showed me options to upgrade my plan at a reduced price. I took them up on their offer and received an additional 4 gigs of data immediately. Many large multinational corporations really don’t care about customer support and just pay you lip service to keep taking your hard earned money. Verizon is not one of those companies. I would not have stayed with them for 19 years if I thought otherwise. Stick with what works, the grass may look greener on the other side, but that only lasts until the promotion ends. This is an honest review and I have not been compensated to write this review

    There are so many windows confirming the same information: amount of payment and debit card. Not necessary. Made me question if I am paying twice. I haven’t liked Verizon since Fios came out and now I hate the company. Can’t wait to end my accounts and start with my other choices of cable and wireless.

    I get too many telemarking calls on my cell phone. My calls get dropped when I’m in my house(I have a metal roof, if that has anything to do with the matter).

    Verizon is terrible! I asked in the store how to pay my bill. My physical address is the only address they have. I use a post office box. I would like a printed bill so it shows what I am paying for. They tell me that I have to wait, so I waited a week and called Verizon. They still could not mail me a bill until after I paid my first payment. So while I’m waiting for my bill they disconnected my phone. Now I have to pay 40 dollars to get them reconnected. During this time period I was trying to set up a billing plan with Verizon but they wouldn’t accept my password. Now I finally got my bill set up, it has many charges that I don’t know what they are, I can not speak to anyone about this. I should not have been charged the 40 dollars when I was already trying to pay my bill for weeks. Not everyone is as good on a computer as your people are. Some of this is difficult for me and your people don’t help they just want my money.
