If you want to install and use the My Verizon app on your PC or Mac, you will need to download and install a Desktop App emulator for your computer. We have worked diligently to help you understand how to use My Verizon for your computer in 4 simple steps below:



Step 1: Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac

Ok. First things first. If you want to use the application on your computer, first visit the Mac store or Windows AppStore and search for either the Bluestacks app or the Nox App . Most of the tutorials on the web recommends the Bluestacks app and I might be tempted to recommend it too, because you are more likely to easily find solutions online if you have trouble using the Bluestacks application on your computer. You can download the Bluestacks Pc or Mac software here


Step 2: Install the emulator on your PC or Mac

Now that you have downloaded the emulator of your choice, go to the Downloads folder on your computer to locate the emulator or Bluestacks application.
Once you have found it, click it to install the application or exe on your PC or Mac computer.
Now click Next to accept the license agreement.
Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application properly.
If you do the above correctly, the Emulator app will be successfully installed.


Step 3: My Verizon for PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and look for its search bar. Once you found it, type My Verizon in the search bar and press Search. Click on My Verizon application icon. A window of My Verizon on the Play Store or the app store will open and it will display the Store in your emulator application. Now, press the Install button and like on an iPhone or Android device, your application will start downloading. Now we are all done.
You will see an icon called "All Apps".
Click on it and it will take you to a page containing all your installed applications.
You should see the My Verizon icon. Click on it and start using the application.


Step 4: My Verizon for Mac OS

Hi. Mac user!
The steps to use My Verizon for Mac are exactly like the ones for Windows OS above. All you need to do is install the Nox Application Emulator or Bluestack on your Macintosh. The links are provided in step one

    This app is super easy to use and has everything you need! You can pay your bill, view your bill including breakdown of charges, set up auto pay, change your payment info., view your bill, view how much data you’ve used/have left and even see exactly where your data was used....it’s broken down into percents in 10 different categories(internet, apps, chat, navigation, video, messaging, audio, cloud, downloads and gaming). The only thing I dislike is that it’s not usually accurate as it always shows me having some low percent usage for gaming when I haven’t touched a game. What I also like a lot is that you can change your plan as needed as far as how many GB you need each month. I also like the Verizon up feature: once you have accumulated enough money thru payments each month (I think it’s like $ 300 dollars), you can apply $ 5 dollars towards different things like an extra GB of data, gift cards, or “device dollars” where the money accumulates and you can use it in the future to apply to a new device. It’s free money! The last feature I love is being able to ask questions at any time about anything: Technical questions about your phone, your bill or anything you can think of really. You can browse and find your topic or speak to their support staff right from the app.

    I’ve used Verizon since 2000. For a long time I felt they were ‘The Boss’ of phone companies. The past 2-3 yrs though (it’s now 2018) they have really gone down hill in my opinion. I’ve had the wrong iPhone sent to me several times and one time on a replacement phone I asked to have replaced with a larger Gigabyte and I’d pay difference only to find out AFTER the 14 day return policy it was the same GIG. Or they’ll pass the buck off to it all being in the oh so very fine print of “terms and conditions”. Please, someone tell me if it’s perfectly clear what those terms are if you can read them. Another problem I’ve encountered a customer rep will tell me I’m on the wrong plan and switch me to “better” plan only to turn around and bill me for the switch. That happened more than once. I’ve even asked to speak to a customer service manager and I know I’ve just been turned over to the same level employee posing as if in charge. I suppose they stick together when it comes to a customer going above their heads with a complaint. When my phone is paid off I will be taking my phone and switch to an AARP consumer cellular program. I’m sorry but you have to be 50yrs old and up to get that plan. All I can say is do your best to “dot your i’s and cross your t’s” with any and everything you do. I also encourage people to take the insurance out! It’s worth it’s weight in gold, trust me! Good luck consumers.

    Reception is dependable. Customer service is acceptable, mostly. The quality of customer service has declined in recent years as customer base expanded, however I have found if you have the patience to call back when service has been unacceptable, odds are decent that you will receive better service on the second call (sometimes a third try is required). I have stayed for over 10 years because my personal experience with Sprint was worse and AT&T I have found to be less than honest (my personal opinion) in their practices based on my personal experience with home services. AT&T's MO with me has always been to apologize that I was misled yet refuse to take financial responsibility for the misleading representation or relieve me of the resulting loss. Historically I do my upgrades between Black Friday & Christmas and Verizon has had attractive promotions in that timeframe. However I am disappointed in Verizon's holiday promotions for the iPhone so far this year. Hope they get better. The up to $300 off they advertise is NOT a discount because they require you trade-in your current phone. You can sell your phone on any number of sites, Verizon is at best paying what you are owed for your phone, so no discount. I have never noticed this kind of deception (my personal opinion) in Verizon advertising/ promotions before. Trust it won't be a pattern

    I do not know when VZ Navigator was added to this line because I do not remember opting to pay for something that's already free and both selling/sharing/stealing monthly, my information based on where the phone navigates along with the app implanted permanently in my iPhone already. I also have tried to remove it the past 3 months I've seen it to no avail because I do not see any way to do that but I do see the way you can conveniently add a monthly charge and app to my iPhone. I can also conveniently delete it from the iPhone where it's impossible to use said service that charges based on you not being able to remove where one could've accidentally, remotely, illegally or legally click to download and charge, once again, for something that's already free 3x over and also makes one vulnerable to information sharing/selling/stealing monthly without doing 10- infinity times the amount of work to STOP the monthly fee for VZ Navigator(Said Service). I could be wrong since it's been each billing cycle the last times trying to remove said service. Also, we've been with Verizon Wireless since the demise of Nextel(due to ALERT buttons that turn "airplane" mode type functionality when remotely Alerted by someone without any action of yours whatsoever besides canceling when noticed and hurting someones feelings temporarily, IMO) or the rise of smartphones(I'll let to whom it may concern pick that date)

    I have been fighting these charges for three weeks with no resolution except for empty promises that they will be removed from my bill. My phone was stolen in Rome in 10/7/18. I was unable to contact my Verizon from abroad but locked the phone via “find my iPhone” and filed a police report. Despite all your assurances that I would not be responsible for any of these charges, weeks later I am still being charged for them. This is a total scam and is just shameful. I have never been treated like this by any company. As I keep saying, time to switch carriers and take this to court

    I am in the rehab/hospital and spoke with a representative and then paid my bill with a credit card. Even still, my phone was suspended on a weekend when no one at Verizon is available to talk. There should be some understanding in Verizon for people who are disabled temporarily. Also, a company as huge as VERIZON should have service support 24/7. This is outrageous!

    It would be hard to design a less user friendly site than Verizon. I don’t think they realize that matters but last week I wanted to buy something from a major retailer. The price was the cheapest but the site was cumbersome. I bought the item with one click from another site even though it was 8% more. It was shipped by the original seller.
