Install Brother SupportCenter app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Brother SupportCenter"
The search will reveal the Brother SupportCenter app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Brother SupportCenter is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Brother SupportCenter.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Brother SupportCenter,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Brother SupportCenter" » then Click "Install".
- Brother SupportCenter will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

✔ Pros:

- The printer has been in use for several years.

☹ Cons:

- The printer requires all colors of ink to be purchased even if only black ink is used.

- The color ink cartridges may run empty even if they are not used frequently.

- The firmware updates are frequent and time-consuming.

- The printer lacks margin adjustment, fit to page, and automatic alignment features.

- Documents do not fully fit to the page, resulting in paper waste.

- The printer crashes upon opening and cannot be reinstalled.

- The toner levels cannot be viewed.

I’ve had this printer for several years. Always gotta buy all colors of ink every time. I never use the color ones only black. But if the color ones run empty you can’t print nothing. I assume they evaporate cause I never use the color ones. Pain bigtime

Worst firmware ever. Ever time I want to print there is another update and it becomes an hour process of downloads and figuring out issues before my print. Get it right the first time.

Print managing documents is not the case. There is no margin adjustment or fit to page or automatic alignment for copied portions of documents. Documents don’t fully fit to page so there is always a waste of paper.
Crashes constantly

Useless. Crashes as it opens. Reinstalled several times, no go. Would be nice to be able to see what toner levels are...but. Noooooo.
