Truly a garbage app

Slow load times, 2007 look and feel, no advanced features. This is truly a joke. This app makes a really neat printer into just a mediocre gadget. You have to log the printer into a new WiFi network every time you move locations which takes up to 10 minutes on iPhone. There is no way to calibrate boundaries to prevent cutoffs. iPhone photo gallery displays in reverse order this app is just bad from every angle.
Software extremely buggy

Keeps crashing on iOS13. Initial setup was nightmare and even after pairing, printer connection via wifi kept dropping. I tried to contact support and there was a hidden wifi setup mode. Overall, I spent more time getting it to work than designing the label. the app seems to make great hardware but their software is a joke. Please redesign this app.
Don’t waste your time

Use the desktop app instead. This app looks like the design and development was outsourced to the cheapest bidder in a 3rd world country. I consider it it totally unusable.
