✔ Pros:
- The app has evolved well over the years and is now like a mobile version of P-Touch.
- It is flexible in terms of editing and laying out elements on a label design.
- Works perfectly on iPad for printing a label.
☹ Cons:
- Adding a lot of labels can be difficult as they are not put in alphabetical order.
- There is no way to import contacts even though the app asks if you want to connect it to your iPad contacts.
- Constantly tells the user they can't edit, even when using preset labels.
- It's hard to know which labels are installed, requiring the user to guess and try to print until it works.
- Version 5 requires more clicks for everything, makes it easy to accidentally ruin templates, asks unnecessary confirmation questions, and deletes fields completely off templates if the selected contact has the field blank.

Works but is limited
By Eric290 (Pcmac user)
I think this works perfectly on my iPad for just printing a label. But if you add a lot of labels, they’re not put in alphabetically and you have to sort through them to find the one you want. It can get tough if you have a lot of labels. Also, although the app asks if you want to connect it to your contacts on the iPad, I don’t see a way to actually import the contacts. So to add labels, I have to go to the contacts, copy the address, and go back to the app, type in the name and then paste the address.

Great improvement over the years
By Jackxujh (Pcmac user)
Not as bad as the ratings say at all! I have been using this app for 5 years. I have to say the app has evolved pretty well! Now it is like a mobile version of P-Touch, if not better. It is really flexible in terms of editing and laying out elements on a label design. This is my first time writing review for the app, I just want to share how grateful I am that it has been much much easier to use, even though there is still a long way to go.

It is that bad
By Wld8hrt* (Pcmac user)
Those who say it’s not bad have no idea then what good is.
This app is on of the worst I’ve ever used.
Constantly tells me I can’t edit. Even when I use one of their preset labels. It can’t know for itself what labels are installed. So you have to keep guessing and trying to print until it agrees with you. Most of the time the right size is chosen it just won’t print anyway.
When I try to paste an address it comes out so small you can’t read it. And trying to fix that is impossible. Changing font size doesn’t help. Trying to adjust the text box doesn’t help. There is nothing that tells you what to do.
Half the time it says the printer isn’t there when it is.
Then while editing, I look at the label and it appears there are characters missing. Are they missing? Will it print correctly? Who knows until you use more tape! Cha-Ching!
After trying for almost 20 minutes to print a simple address label I picked up a sharpie and hand wrote it on the box in about five seconds!
I find this app USELESS!

Version 4 was great, please bring it back
By Daaavek (Pcmac user)
I've used version 4 for two years to run name badges at trade shows. Worked great with QL720nw. I'm horrified to find that the new version 5 is harder to use, with more clicks required for everything, makes it easy to accidentally ruin your templates, asks unnecessary confirmation questions, and DELETES fields completely off of your template if the selected contact has the field blank, requiring you to reload the label without saving it every time you load a new contact. It's a total disaster that makes running event registration much more difficult. If only we could roll back to version 4... a HUGE loss, unbelievable...
