  • No Legacy Support?

    By renegadespork (Pcmac user)

Let's be real, .sit archives are completely obsolete. The only reason to still use the app is for old .sit achives or because you don't know that newer formats exist. That being said, I am shocked that there is no way to create .sit archives. I can only create the newer .sitx archive. The description doesn't mention this. The only reason I got this app was to create old .sit files for transfer to my classic retro macs. Let me know if I am wrong about this. Otherwise, I will probably be opting for a refund. 1 extra star because if you are using it for the supported filetypes, the interface is actually pretty good.
  • Unsuable

    By Gnerfin (Pcmac user)

Hangs, can't write destinations, obviously untested and not maintained for years. Why is this in the App Store still?
  • Can't expand its own archives!

    By T Beyer (Pcmac user)

the app desinations 16.0.6 cannot expand its own archves. When attempting to expand a newly created archive the messages "An error occurred attempting to expand ..." and "The structure of the archive is damages (Error #17540)" I contacted support but got no satisfactions.
