Install StuffIt Expander app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "StuffIt Expander"
The search will reveal the StuffIt Expander app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once StuffIt Expander is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including StuffIt Expander.
Now enjoy StuffIt Expander on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use StuffIt Expander,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "StuffIt Expander" » then Click "Install".
- StuffIt Expander will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

It's alright

This app needs a better preview option that would allow you to slideshow or swipe through multiple pictures. It also would be better if you were not forced to decrease the quality of pictures before opening them in a different application. These features come standard in many other apps of the same genre.

Gotta raise my voice as well. This was a great app to have until I upgraded my iPad to OS 8. Now it just takes up space. Crashes before it even opens. I've got an entire library of documents I can't access now. FIX IT!
CRASHES!

Tried to load three or four times on ios8 iPad. It crashes every time I try open the app.
Went from great to poor!
