1. The Seagate MyNAS app lets you access documents, photos, videos and music stored on your business’s Seagate Business Storage NAS.

2. Additionally, you have the ability to upload photos and videos from your camera roll to your Seagate Business Storage NAS device from anywhere.

3. The Seagate MyNAS app is currently compatible with Seagate Business Storage 8-bay rackmount NAS and Seagate Business Storage 4-bay rackmount NAS.

4. For files you have stored within the app, you have the option of using the “Open in” function on your iPhone, iPod touch or iPad to open your files with another app installed on your mobile device.

5. When traveling on a plane or in another situation where you don’t have Internet access, the MyNAS app can store files for offline use.

Install Seagate MyNAS app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Seagate MyNAS on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Seagate MyNAS"
The search will reveal the Seagate MyNAS app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Seagate MyNAS is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Seagate MyNAS.
Now enjoy Seagate MyNAS on PC.

It’s embarrassing this app is still available for download

This app has never worked for me. I’ve done several updates, emailed support, and tried removing cache and re-installing. I spent $1200 on the 8 Tb 4-Bay nas and it has received nearly zero updates that benefit the usability in the last 5 years. I won’t be being the app again.
Help / update ? Can't review my content on my NAS though this app

The app does not load any of my JPEG or play any of my iTunes music .mp4 or MP3 when I'm away from home can you fix this problem the app sees my nas and I can see there information on my nas but to review it I seem to be having problem reviewing any and all content on my ready nas. Can you add colorful flat icons in the next update? Love this app ! I just want to see my content remotely😀
Select ALL photos option?

Invested in the app NAS option to save money from a subscription services such as Dropbox or copy. When I try to backup or save photos to NAS I have to manually click each one instead of "select all". If features are added such as auto sync or backup photos it would be great. Not bad though for an early version.
No connection, no support options

Errors keep me from connecting and no answers to fix after searching the web for an hour. Defeats the purpose of me buying the hardware if the app doesn't have a solution for mobile access and backup for the 2-Bay server product.
