Install NMBR app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

The search will reveal the NMBR app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once NMBR is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including NMBR.
Now enjoy NMBR on PC.

I dont get the app, whats the purpose? Just write a number and choose a font and background.....sorry but i didnt enjoy it much maybe if it gave you a random phone number or something that would be cool
