Help for the Scatterbrained
By MF Weaver (Pcmac user)
Thanks to Inattentive ADHD, I often get lost in thought and my brain doesn’t always do a good job of remembering when I last watered the plants—or sometimes when I last ate a meal. Fast paced modern life doesn’t help either.
This tool helps by showing at a glance if I’ve been ignoring something. The saved history is also very useful if you’re trying to increase (exercise) or decrease (ice cream) how often you do something. Many thanks to the developer(s) for making something so useful! It seems like I’m constantly finding new uses for this tool.

One of my fav apps - use it to track many diff things
By UnrulyGrrl (Pcmac user)
I love the most recent additions of Categories, so I don't have to resort to emojis as part of event name anymore. Swiping left now gives you option to add details to the occurrence rather than trying to delete the event. Never had problems with crashes or data loss. I use it to track meds, health, visits with friends (life gets busy and this keeps me from going months between visits) and a lot more. Noticed iCloud sync added as well. This is much better than occasionally remember to export to CSV.

Most used app

It is so useful, still discovering uses. Able to track migraines, meds, what works, what triggers them. Keep track of my dog's infrequent seizures. Meditation. Able to look for patterns. Reminders if it's been too long since I did something, a habit I'm trying to develop - walks, exercise, vitamins, cleaning, car maintenance, etc. Would love it if info could be shown as a graph, similar to Lumen Trails. But even without that capability, I find that I use it more often than Lumen. Easy to record quickly on the fly.

I use it constantly

This little history tracker has become one of my favorite apps. When I'm sick I use it to keep track of how long it's been since I've taken certain medicine. I use it to keep track of how old leftovers are. In fact, I keep finding more uses for it. Interface is great and much better than other history trackers I tried to use. I also love that it can alert you to upcoming events if you want. Having your data sync across devices is awesome also.
