It's very cheap

So while attempting to backup my 250GB of music files I... wait for it... formatted my drive! So I thought to go download a program and try to recover the files myself. But before that, I called a computer repair company I knew it had an office down the street from where I live and they told me it would cost me $750-$3500. I went with the internet and purchased the app Data Recovery for a very low fee and all my music files are now on my hard drive and backed up on another drive.
Easy to use.

Easy to designate what to look for. Results are nicely organized into various file types (xls, doc, pdf, etc.) prior to recovery. Handy Quicklook preview of a file let's you find the right one.

Took like 10 seconds to install does not scan drive, and then asks for my password to make changes to my computer. I will be contacting Apple for a refund.
Does absolutely nothing!

Software loads, cannot find any disk drives or media. Very frustrating support policy listing only a gmail email address. I want a refund.
