Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Not bad, but (especially) PerfectlyClear, Camera Flash, NoiseMaster, Adobe PS Express (free) all are far better at making dark/noisy, "unrefined" pics look a lot better, very quickly, and very easily. The other part this app offers is essentially tone mapping/pseudo HDR—it does this fairly well, but so do many other apps, which also do a lot more. Not bad, though: Worth adding to my large collection! combined with the usual photo editing apps does the trick a whole lot better.
I love it, but it will NOT save!

I LOVE using this app! I love the control it gives me to either sharpen or soften specific details. I can create an HDR-like effect or one that resembles an oil or water painting. But EVERY time, while it is "Rendering…" the app crashes and closes without having saved. I have tried to contact support, but I am sent to the developers' web page, and I've been unable to find ANY help there. I also have, and frequently use, one of their other apps, Rays. It is another great app, which I cannot recommend highly enough, and I have NEVER had any problems with it. So I know these developers are more than capable of creating excellent products. Please, fix this issue, so I may return to rate reFine the 5 stars it deserves when working properly.

this app:Fine is a uniquely exceptional app that allows detail control unlike any other iOS app. It would be better with TIFF support, support for the "Open on..." feature, and metadata retention. When those things are added, it will become a five star app.
