Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "IP Notification"
The search will reveal the IP Notification app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once IP Notification is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including IP Notification.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use IP Notification,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "IP Notification" » then Click "Install".
- IP Notification will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

I downloaded this application to replace a free utility (SendMyIP) I had been using for a few years which, at the time, was not compatible with Lion. All I needed was to find out when Comcast changed my the app, which was rarely. In looking for a replacement, I discovered this app in the App Store and decided to give it a try. The developer of this app has responded to and acknowledged my problems, but has been unable to actually fix anything. This application is unable to send an e-mail on notification of a change in the app. I've been able to replicate this on multiple computers on different networks, but the developer doesn't seem to be able to get this issue resolved, and seems to have lost interest in doing so as I haven't heard from them in a couple weeks. (No live support, user forum only.) In addition, it continues to identify the app addresses that don't exist on my network as local addresses. I've done an extensive search, and I'm convinced that these don't exist. The best I can come up with is that it is mistakenly finding these in my Ooma VoIP device and returning them as actual values. The irony is that the developer of SendMYIP has since updated his application to version 1.6 and it now works perfectly under Lion. I'll be happy to revise this review if I ever get a copy of the software that actually works, but until then, I'd save my $1.99 and do a search for SendMYIP version 1.6 and get a utility that works.
Doesn’t save email settings. Using their server doesn’t work either. Support email leads to Phishing

App won’t save the email settings, can’t email new the app address. The only reason I bought it. Tried to contact support, have to log in with my social media account jsut to submit a support question. Rip off, data harvester? Support email link leads to a known Phishing site as warned by Safari. Can’t beleive this is on the App Store.
Works, but notification email is broken

Like other reviews, I must mention that the email template doesn’t actually save when one hits the Save button. Since I would like to use this app in two locations, this is a deal breaker: I can’t distinguish the messages from either location. Which the app changed? No idea.
