Jerky scrolling and issues

There are scrolling problems, when swiping, there is delay before the page actually scrolls and seems to stick. One more thing, when starting the app all tabs seem to reload from scratch. Which is a turn off. Progress bar also doesn't seem to update correctly?
Why is this in the app store?

Hmm the app doesn't show you much of a progress bar for loading pages, they're are no settings, the app needs more features.. @saberserene
