To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "FamiSafe Kids" » then Click "Install".

VPN could not connect so phone is not usable

Purchased the software 3 days ago and installed on my kids iPhones. For the first 3 days it worked as expected. This morning, one of my kids phone was not usable as the software locked every down on her phone. This was due to the software not being able to enable the associated VPN connection. Tried using WiFi and the phones data plan to get a connection and even turned the phone off and on a few times in hopes of fixing the issue. No luck so had to fully uninstall the software to get the phone so it was usable again. Wanted to cancel the subscription today which is the fourth day but they only allow for a 3 day free trial. Got charged the full annual fee.

My mom downloaded this to keep track of my phone, but she turned my apps off and they haven’t been able to turn back on, and it also says that I’ve had pornographic images in my photo album, when it’s all actually anime, horror games, and memes. This app is terrible. Don’t download for your kids, would not recommend. -♾/10 Horrible

My Kids are finally safe from different types of things. Before this I use the Apple family sharing but it took to long and nobody was helping us

I downloaded this app for my three children to minimize the amount of time they spent on social media. Suddenly it turned on their VPN and all of their apps began to malfunction. I do not recommend this app at all. I suggest that you just use screen time as this app is horrible.
