Install BroadLink app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using BroadLink on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "BroadLink"
The search will reveal the BroadLink app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once BroadLink is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including BroadLink.
Now enjoy BroadLink on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use BroadLink,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "BroadLink" » then Click "Install".
- BroadLink will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Works Great On iPad

Every device I’ve tried has worked. It has even exposed features on my devices that I did not know existed! It isn’t perfect but I think they will get there eventually. I’d like to be able to add custom text to programmed buttons. They are working on adding these kinds of things in the near future.
Only half works

It works only half way. I had to add devices in 2 of their apps for things to work. I then set up a scene and it doesn’t recognize it in alexa. Also when I tried to enable the new app in alexa it didn’t recognize all the devices. I had to enable the old app for it to recognize everything. I tried to contact customer service to see if they have an update but they are disconnected.
Need to be able to create custom remotes

The old e-control app allowed you to create custom remotes and button layouts and manually program them. Those do not restore to this new version and this new version doesn’t allow you to create custom remotes. Please update the ability to create custom remotes and designs as needed not tied to a generic design.
Works ok, but

Works ok with my RM PRO, but the app does not have the feature to design or customize the buttons on the remote. Please add the feature to design the layout of the remote in the app so it can be exactly looking like I want it. Thank you
