Install MyDolphin Plus app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using MyDolphin Plus on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "MyDolphin Plus"
The search will reveal the MyDolphin Plus app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once MyDolphin Plus is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including MyDolphin Plus.
Now enjoy MyDolphin Plus on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use MyDolphin Plus,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "MyDolphin Plus" » then Click "Install".
- MyDolphin Plus will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Robot great, App not so much

As others have pointed out there are numerous (and I mean numerous) flaws with this app. Can’t set the time zone, can’t set a default cycle duration, apps shows 100% clean after cycle just started, and several other features or setting that simply don’t work. And no, I don’t want to call tech support again. I’ve emailed on this and nothing—zip—nada. And I also don’t have hours to trouble shoot an app with obvious flaws. Sorry—you simply need to fix it. It’s supposed to save me time and aggravation and it does neither. Too bad actually—not the best branding to layer on top of a great little robot.

As others have pointed out, there are several places where the app isn’t fully flushed out as of Aug 2019. While it does control the M600, the app shows that the progress at 100% Completed when it just started. Further the time is set to GMT (I believe) regards of where we are. Lastly, the joystick/manual control is only single direction (no going at an angle) and there is a definite lag in communication to the robot. Good basic idea but less than stellar execution.

This is pure junk. Documentation is terrible. Error says power supply too far from WiFi and I’m sitting in room with power supply with strong signal. Went to “platinum service dealer” where I bought it who had no idea and said call support. Not worth the very high price of this unit and I’ll probably try to return it for a very basic manual unit. I should have read all the reviews in App Store BEFORE spending the money. Of course no response from customer support.

As the other person stated as the cleaning starts. This is very unacceptable for a product that I Paid over $1800 for. I tried different down loads of the app and different logins. If the company know this is a problem it should be fixed and a app update settled out. Very upset that this app works like this. The cleaner does a good job the app doesn’t. It’s a poor performance of the company not to Fix the app problem quickly
