Wanscam for Pc

Just updated the app now it won’t zoom and lost control of movement when double tapping the screen it goes into viewing the 180 view but does not allow any movement to view it or any zoom... Was a bad design of a video app to begin with but now it’s basically nonfunctioning using the latest firmware on a iPhone 6S plus. They need to spend some money and build a better functioning application for the cameras. Unfortunately they sell cameras that are reliant on a a well-designed application to view and manage the cameras from this app it Is not! Again unfortunately it is not the best application hopefully they will fix the problems that are now from the update, also they need to go over their application to get the most ability from the cameras as possible with ease of use and be organized. To review the videos that I recorded it is too time-consuming they need a time lapse type of scrolling so you can find the areas of concern to view it is absolutely impossible to review any recorded video without spending A long time reviewing the recording....they could do so much better if they chose to do so this app need to find a new developer for their app to implement zoom capabilities, time lapse, scrolling and ease of file timelines and be able to download the videos with ease ......they need to fix it. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The app only works when it wants to. We can’t see our camera in the evening when our cars are getting broken into. Only during the day when the sun is out. What’s the point of having a camera to ensure security if we cannot view the footage. We spent over $100 on it and my daughters baby monitor works better! The monitor cost us $15 at target. I’m so disappointed in this app and product that coincides with it.
