    This is a mind-body workout, with some challenging exercises but also a nice relaxed vibe and awesome music. Really enjoy this one. DDR makes it easy to do the app Chi everyday with this variety of follow-along workouts.

    This is a nice way to build strength in arms, legs, and core but is also relaxing and stress relieving. I hope Davis adds more workouts. I’d love to see one with the heavier the app chi ball!
