    You can absolutely follow this whole program easily without upgrading. I understand the concern of the guy below but it's well worth the upgrade. I have gained 20 pounds of muscle since I started 6 months ago. So you tell me. Would you pay $2.99 to gain 20 pounds of muscle? For me, it was an incredible return on investment!!
