    I found out about HIIT when I was bulking up and found out that HIIT was the best option for me to shed fat when I started cutting. This app has been instrumental to me having the physique that I do right now. Very simple and straight forward but gets the job done. The best part is that most of the workouts are under 20 minutes. I was kind of annoyed about the advertisements at first, but the 99 cent upgrade is well worth it!
  • Fatal flaw

    I start some music in Spotify, then start this app. The noise that this app generates after each interval causes the music to pause. Dev needs to make the audio notification only duck the music, not stop it complete. After this fix the app will be useable and I’ll give it a rating.
