Select Windows version:
- Windows 7-10

Download and install the MyEPE app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using MyEPE on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "MyEPE"
- The search will reveal the MyEPE app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once MyEPE is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including MyEPE.
- Now enjoy MyEPE on PC.
- Using MyEPE on Mac OS:
Install MyEPE on your Mac using the same steps for Windows OS above.
How to download and use MyEPE App on Windows 11
To get MyEPE on Windows 11, check if there's a native MyEPE Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)
- For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.
- Installing MyEPE:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "MyEPE" » Click "Install" to install MyEPE
- MyEPE will now be available on your windows start-menu.

Awful app

This application used to be useful until they changed everything. If there was a 0 star that is what I’d put instead. The app used to have the ability to view and pay your electric bill but they completely took that out and now the app is borderline useless. I truly hope whoever made this app sees my issue/complaint with the app and changes it back.

Sure it’s nice there is a way to report an outage, but the convenance of paying my bill here rather then calling or going to the pay centers (because let’s admit it customer service is also a 0 for you guys) is so much easier for a lot of consumers this day and age. I also agree with another person’s feedback if there was a 0 option I pick it rather then a 1 star.

Doesn’t Work

I continue to receive the error message: “Your IP has been blocked for 24 hours” Every time I attempt to login. The app doesn’t work. It also has an error message which states I have no account associated with my email when I try to reset my password. If I have no account, how can it be blocked for 24 hours?? Complete Garbage.

HORRIBLE

The old app was a little slow but at least I could actually use it. This app won’t even let me log in even though I’ve made an account and tried changing the password several times. What’s the point of having the app if you can’t use it. The developers really need to have a second look at this
