Download and install the GWP – Mobile My Connect app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using GWP on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "GWP"
- The search will reveal the GWP – Mobile My Connect app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once GWP is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including GWP.
- Now enjoy GWP on PC.

How to download and use GWP App on Windows 11
To get GWP on Windows 11, check if there's a native GWP Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)
- For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.
- Installing GWP:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "GWP" » Click "Install" to install GWP – Mobile My Connect
- GWP – Mobile My Connect will now be available on your windows start-menu.

“Account Data not available at this time”

It took more tries than I can count to get this app “working.” You have to set up a SEPARATE login (different than the online system), which never worked (got error messages when trying to set up the separate account) until today. Finally, I thought! I can pay my bill through the app. Nope. “Account Data not available at this time.” Okay, I’ll look at my past bills and make sure I’m up to date. Nope. “Account Data not available at this time.” Well, I’ll check my current usage then. Nope. “Electric data usage not found.” What is found? My name and address. Although not my apartment number. Totally useless.

Like the city--useless

This app exemplifies everything that's wrong with city government, specifically Glendale City Government. The city's attitude is "give us all your money and shut up." Here I am trying to give Glendale more of my money, and this app (which looks like a child--and a very dumb one at that--designed it), won't even allow the resident to log in. Remember the exorbitant city utility tax we approved a year ago? Where does all that money go? Apparently not to improving or updating this relic of an app. Just another slap in the face from a disinterested, overpaid, tax-engorged city government. And people still wonder how Trump got elected?!

Almost better than nothing.

I grabbed this app to pay my bill because the website won’t open on my phone’s browser. It’s clunky and counterintuitive. I was finally able to get to the Bill Pay area, and you are unable to see your balance when they are asking you how much to charge you. One would think that all the money they are not spending on customer accessibility they would be passing on in lower rates.

Not functional

This app was hard to use when I first downloaded, but I managed to use it to pay my bills for several months. Now, the credit card field doesn’t even take user input. I type my numbers, but nothing appears on the screen. I’ll go back to paying my bills by mail for now, but wish they would fix it as the rest of the world has gone digital.
