Install 30 Day Push Up Challenge - Arm & Bicep Workouts app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using 30 Day Push Up Challenge on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "30 Day Push Up Challenge"
- The search will reveal the 30 Day Push Up Challenge - Arm & Bicep Workouts app icon. Open, then click "Install".

- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use 30 Day Push Up Challenge,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "30 Day Push Up Challenge" » then Click "Install".

Buggy, and jerk moves :/

Bugs: resets progress and I don't know how to avoid this. Jerk moves: super pushy about upgrading and sharing on social media. On day 25 of my challenge, I must "upgrade to pro" just to mark the day as complete. This has me considering using a calendar instead--and I won't miss seeing the advertisements in every experience.

Great app! It's a nice daily challenge to add into your routine :) nice reminders, too!
...until you get to day 25 and it tries to make you pay for the last 5 days of a the app day challenge 😠
