  • DO NOT DOWNLOAD

    By Fmj1987 (Pcmac user)

Can't believe I payed for this crap. Any button I hit on the app immediately shut it down. Crashed every time and I couldn't use it. And after sending email complaining, the company would not give me my money back. WASTE OF MONEY.
  • Exercises don't match the website

    By atgomez (Pcmac user)

The app is OK (interface could use some work, but it's a good start), but the data doesn't match what is suggested on the website. For example, Tier 2, week 1 day 1 on the site says 6, 6, 4, 4, 5+. The app says 7, 7, 5, 5, 6+, an additional pushup per round. I guess the app is just pushing harder to get to fitness? All the same, I'd like it to be consistent.
  • Good, but not great

    By dryruss (Pcmac user)

I like this app. It is a nice little way to keep track of the app, but it needs better built-in instructions. It also needs a full reset button to allow one to start completely over.
  • Junk

    By NicetoHear (Pcmac user)

What starts as a nice idea rapidly becomes an annoyance to use. The biggest issue is that it only tabulates push-ups. It makes no adjustment for individual progress. 5 minutes writing a spreadsheet would have been better.
