2. * MoveWell leads you through simple exercises that help to release tight muscles, and improve flexibility, stability, and muscle strength.

3. By rolling the affected muscle over a foam roller, you help decrease lactic acid (which is what causes soreness), and break up knots so your muscles can get back to normal.

4. Some exercises require the use of a foam roller, hard ball, or band, to help release knots that are stuck in the muscle.
