1. Our goal is for you to get support from someone who understands you and can help you get through an emotionally difficult experience based on sharing personal experiences, feelings and coping strategies to gain a sense of community and empowerment.

2. Our programmes are written by our amazing CBT therapists who have designed a step by step journey guided by easy to follow audio sessions who help you understand more about depression, your triggers and how you can learn to change your negative automatic thoughts.

3. The app uses scientifically proven behavioural support (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) techniques to help you when you feel anxious, stressed or may need help with depression.

4. Our Community has a range of topics including anxiety, low mood, struggles with weight, dealing with stress and general mental health.

5. Our inner calm section is there for you in times of need to help you with breathing and mindfulness techniques to calm down in any situation.

6. Building mindfulness in your daily routine will also help you reduce stress and anxiety.
