Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "P3 Tips"
The search will reveal the P3 Tips app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once P3 Tips is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including P3 Tips.
Now enjoy P3 Tips on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use P3 Tips,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "P3 Tips" » then Click "Install".
- P3 Tips will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Update: several weeks later the app is now showing both tips - the one that was hidden and the replacement (scratches head) Entered a tip and received a notification about a reply but cannot open the tip. “The passcode that you entered does not match some tips entered on this device.” Entered a new tip.
Waste of time

It could be alleged that some of these “institutions” are a bunch of con artists pretending they are doing something to collect a paycheck while ensuring their own interests were protected. Hypothetically speaking. Just wait the 3 hours it takes local law enforcement to show up and file a report that will never be followed up on. By all means if you see something, say something. Doesn’t mean anyone had to listen, even if they were paid to.

I am deaf so I can’t work as police officer. With this app, I am happy to help and work with y’all! I downloaded this and I have dashcam. I drive for ridesharing so I can have a lot of eyes around town!
Not effective at all

Sent in 25 pictures all bad and many tips and never after 4 months saw any results guy is still running the streets with weapons and dealing drugs.
