Install Hubble for PetCam app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Hubble on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Hubble"
- The search will reveal the Hubble for PetCam app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Hubble is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Hubble.
- Now enjoy Hubble on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native Hubble Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use Hubble,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Hubble" » then Click "Install".
- Hubble for PetCam will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Disappointing

The scout 5000 by Motorola but this app is terrible. I get no notifications when my dog has left the oddly created geofence which means the whole purpose of my purchasing the scout is pointless. My dog has a history of escaping and this app doesn't offer any information about my dogs whereabouts unless I prompt it to (even then it doesn't always accurately pinpoint her location). What's the deal this app?

This software with the Scout 5000 should be the perfect tool for my dog that likes to run off. The software didn't easily switch from camera to GPS mode, and didn't connect to my phone a quarter of the times I tried. The device only seems to stay connected within wifi range (which is pretty much in line of sight, so what's the point), didn't give me a ping when he ran off, and the GPS said he was half a mile away from the location which I finally found him. Hopefully an update to the software, or a second generation of the hardware will fix these problems.

Worked great for the first six months

Now I can't even get the app to open on my phone. I've contacted them three times and have heard nothing back to resolve. Now only works when I'm at home on my laptop which is useless

Has a couple bugs, but overall a great app. My dog runs away often is to be able to track him is a big upgrade.
