- Video playback and motion capture doesn't work on iPhone

- Firmware update keeps failing, causing frustration for the user

- User is disappointed and wishes they could return the camera, but their return window has passed.

Works well except intercom feature

The app works great and the video quality is excellent. The only issue is that when I try to use the talk feature, the app crashes. This has happened consistently on a few different phones.
iPhone capability needs improvement

Real time monitoring works well. Microphone to speak through camera doesn’t work on iPhone but works with my wife’s Android. Video playback and motion capture doesn’t work on iPhone.
Won’t link to my iPhone 8plus

Extremely disappointed. I’ve tried numerous times. It keeps asking me to update my firmware ,which I do and it keeps failing . Wish I could return the camera but my window passed.
