Vastly Improved
By ktkate90 (Pcmac user)
I’ve been using this app with my the app WiFi baby monitor for close to two years now and I love it. I did have an issue before they did the major overhaul of the app, where it randomly deleted the connection so I had to re-pair. But that was over a year ago and I’ve not had any issues since.
The quality of video and sound is extremely crisp and clear, and the functions that go with the baby monitor are wonderful. I’m curious if the app is the same regardless of the baby monitor you buy. We have the monitor with all of the bells and whistles and the app functions perfectly with them.
Honestly, based on bad reviews for the monitor and the app, I’m surprised that it is as amazing as it has been. I love this app & look forward to many more years of use.

So far so good

I had the other app for Hubble and it was terrible after the update. So far this one seems to work better

Not mobile friendly
By StephJ92 (Pcmac user)
Not mobile friendly for a mobile app. Many buttons and links don’t work. Can’t open a support ticket due to the way the form shows on phone. Allows you to go through the set up process and then just says “something went wrong” at the very end. When I first got the camera it worked with the other app but hasn’t worked reliably for awhile.

Don’t go with Motorola...
By GiNoiRum76 (Pcmac user)
Not sure if it’s the hardware or app at this point. Used to connect more quickly (always kinda slow) but now it’s constantly buffering, timing out, and doing stuff that will not allow me to tune in and see my baby. Terrible!
