- The machine has many features and performs well.

- The Motorola MBP164 audio monitor works excellently with Hubble Smart Nursery for the first few days.

☹ Cons:

- The machine is lightweight and not very sturdy.

- The machine may have trouble connecting to wifi in areas with weak or slow connections.

- The Hubble Smart Nursery app is unreliable and may not work well with the Motorola MBP164 audio monitor.

- The features of the humidifier are not great, and the app does not work well.

- The filter is terrible and may clog furnace filters with minerals.

- The humidifier may get anything it is set on wet, leading to placement issues.

- The Motorola Dream Machine and Smart Humidifier may have difficulties connecting to the app, and customer support may not be helpful.

Baby Monitor Feed Stopped Working in the Middle of the Night

I bought the Motorola Mbp164 audio monitor and the manual and box both state that this product works excellently with this app Smart Nursery. Well, it worked great for a couple of days and then last night the feed just cut out while I was sleeping. My poor 3 1/2 week old baby was in his room alone from 12:30am-8:30am because I could not hear him! I feel like the worst parent on the planet. He is normally up to feed at least twice during this time period and he probably cried for hours! If you are trying to use this app to connect to a baby monitor, I highly recommend using the parent unit receiver instead because this app is garbage. Don’t make the same mistake I did!
Tricky but works

First i bought this today because it was on clearence Second i was so surprised at how light the machine is i feel like if it would fall off it would break easy u think that something that has this many features would be a bit more heavy /sturdy was a bit disappointed at that Third setup was ok was able to detect machine and all but did not want to connect to wifi in my mothers house wen i set it up in my house it set up perfectly with no trouble my advice make sure u have a very strong and fast connection All in all machine does wat its suppose to and so far so good i like it

I was pretty excited about all the features of this humidifier. We are now looking at buying a different one due to the features of the humidifier not being that great. The app has not worked although both my husband and I have tried to download it on separate occasions. The notification for low water is so loud that it has actually woken our daughter up. The filter is terrible, and unless we only used filtered water in it, it clogs our furnace filter with the minerals it lets through. It also gets anything it is set on wet leading to a dilemma as to where to even put the thing so we can use it. I wish we hadn’t waited so long to get it out & use it otherwise it would have been promptly returned!!
Not worth the effort

We bought the Motorola Dream Machine and Smart Humidifier at the same time. We downloaded the app and through a few difficulties we were able to get the Dream Machine set up. We have had absolutely no luck with the humidifier. It will not connect no matter what we do. We have exchanged it, been in contact with Motorola, and even reached out to this app to see what the issue is. We have yet to hear back from them even though we have emailed and Motorola escalated our claim to them. This humidifier absolutely will not connect no matter what we do. Definitely not worth the extra hassle, just buy a regular humidifier and don’t expect this to work.
