What is My inwi? My inwi is a mobile application that allows users to manage their mobile and internet lines easily and independently. It provides real-time details of the user's consumption and balance of calls, SMS, and internet. The app also allows users to recharge their lines or those of their loved ones securely using their bank card or recharge card and postpone the payment of their bill. Users can also subscribe to a mobile package at any time via the "My Line" section. The app also enables users to pay their bills or those of their loved ones and schedule reminders for payment. Additionally, users can activate their Roaming with just one click and access the rates by zone and country by activating the pass that suits them. The app also allows users to subscribe to inwi services of their choice and receive gifts every Wednesday through the inwi club. Users can also chat live with an inwi advisor, retrieve their PUK code, suspend their line in case of loss or theft of their phone, initiate the sending of the internet configuration SMS on mobile, and access the contact form for information requests.

It’s really amazing how this beautiful app help you manage your relationship with the telco. It’s intuitive quick and practical. I haven’t had a chance yet to explore all of its functionalities but I know now what to do next time I need to do something about the app telco plan!
FIX IT

I can’t understand why moroccan companies think they can get away with these practices? Lots of broken apps and slow updates. This app does sign up correctly, but it’s just THAT. It doesn’t read on single information about your account, doesn’t tell you how much credits left, or what call/messages/whatever you have done recently, basically it’s useless. Fix this if you want a proper review.

The app frequently freezes and the chat option s is never available. They also took the app fidelity points away once I switched to another subscription, which is not fair. On top of that, costumer service is generally not efficient (sometimes not even polite enough)

It was working just fine before the update! Now it doesn’t even log in, it says either you don’t have an account with the email you try to use and when you go create an account with the same email it tells you that this email already exists!
