Software Features and Description

1. Do you know a parking lot or garage that needs MyPark? Send an email with information about the location to info@usemypark.com and we’ll get in touch with them.

2. Simply choose a location from the list of locations, confirm and once you arrive just tap “Let Me In” to open the space.

3. MyPark will automatically detect when your vehicle has vacated the space, and will send a notification displaying the total time parked and amount billed.

4. The “Reservations” feature allows you to reserve a parking space days, weeks or even up to 6 months in advance.

5. For day to day use, the “Park Now” feature allows you to immediately find and reserve an available space – perfect for when you are on the way or have already arrived at your destination.

6. Paul (MN), Paramus (NJ), and San Juan (PR), with a number of new locations in Texas, Pennsylvania and Seattle (WA) launching before the holidays (2019).

7. Select your location, dates, and times, and your MyPark space will be ready when you arrive.

8. Current Locations: MyPark is available throughout Florida (Miami, Orlando, Jacksonville and Ellenton), in Georgia (Atlanta and Buford), Minneapolis/St.

9. If you encounter a bug or other problem, please email support@usemypark.com and we’ll be happy to help.

10. Park next to your favorite store at the mall, near your gate at the airport, or on the 1st level at your garage.

Install MyPark® app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using MyPark on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "MyPark"
The search will reveal the MyPark® app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once MyPark is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including MyPark.
Now enjoy MyPark on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use MyPark,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "MyPark" » then Click "Install".
- MyPark® will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

I have used my park a few times. The equipment installed in The parking lots seems to not be up to the task and is always haggardly looking and often broken. Just now I had to drive off without my space becoming available to rent. So I’m back home, still being charged by this app. The customer next to me was in a space with a loud alarm sounding. Her this app space blocker was pressed against the bottom of her car. She did not know what to do. She ended up having to drive over it bending the hell out of the equipment. You see they do not have a phone number, a chat on their site, anything that allows you to work with customer service. If you have an issue all you can do is fill in a web form (which does not even email you to let you know that the send worked!!) I don’t think I will this app ever again. I don’t know if the lady next to me had her car damaged by the faulty equipment but she stayed to talk to the mall management about it.

All the great reviews you reas about the app and the level of service they provide, they are absolutely true and phenomenal. If every company would have the level of service like this app does, we as consumer would be in heaven.

I will never use this app again. I went shopping at a mall and used this service. It was posted for $3.00 for the first 2 hours and $3.00 every hour after that. I could not register I was out of the spot. The spot is suppose to sense the car leaving. It did not. Several hours later I get a message that my car just left the lot. Funny. I was on my way to my hotel before 5:30pm yet at 7:28 I received a thank you for using our service. Customer service received the receipt for the last store I was in. The Publix I went to after ( 26 mins drive from mall). So explain how my car was 6.9 miles away checking out and still at the mall.
