Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "GroceryList."
The search will reveal the GroceryList. app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once GroceryList. is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including GroceryList..
Now enjoy GroceryList. on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use GroceryList.,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "GroceryList." » then Click "Install".
- GroceryList. will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Ok but not what I’m looking for

I want an app that I can put in pricing and arrange the items by isle. I want to be able to arrange the isle like I shop a store and this app was not it.

This app was recommended so I thought I’d try it. I usually don’t pay for apps but figured this amount wasn’t bad for a good app. But started using it and realized that there are ads on it. That really BS for a paid app!!! Totally unsat!!!! So how do I get my money back? I’ll get a free app then it won’t bother me.

A grocery list is the perfect app for the Apple Watch, in fact you really must have an Apple Watch to use this app the way it was intended. You enter your grocery list on your phone and remove entries as you put them in your shopping cart by tapping on the item on your watch. It's fast and simple. One could use Evernote or Wunderlist but it's hard to beat the simplicity of a dedicated app. I would have given it 5 stars if there was a search function for the Favorites.
